Angel Voices
You will require
- Make a pile of Angel cards (see template)
- Pens
Start by explaining that in the Bible angels were often sent by God to give very important or good messages. You could give the children a few examples.
This resource can be used by individuals or in groups. Explain that children also have important things to say but that adults do not always hear them.
Hand out the A5 angel cards, then ask the children / young people some questions.
Example questions:
- What do you like about church / your children’s group?
- What do you not like about church / your children’s group?
- What would you change about church / your children’s group?
They can write or draw their ideas on the back of the angel cards so that adults can see their ideas.
Collect up the cards to see what they have said. These can be fed back to the PCC and other stakeholders.
